We had our new construction home fence extended about 42 feet. John, the salesman was good in understanding our needs and the HOA rules. Chano and Ramon actually did the work and did a good job as well. My only issue is that there is a small gap between the fence and ground due to the slope of a small part of the yard. I probably should have requested they use 7′ pickets and trim those on the slope down to 6 ft. But I used some rock and dirt to backfill and it looks pretty good.

I would definitely use them again.

Empire Fence Co. has put my mind at ease! After worrying every time I climbed my front porch steps with nothing to hold onto, I had them install a hand railing for me. If you need fencing of any kind you can’t go wrong with Empire Fence. They do anything from chain link, wood privacy, and custom designed fabricated in house.

We had a great experience using Empire Fence. Craig is a super nice, down to earth guy who stands by his work. They worked quickly, efficiently, and took great care as to not mess up our newly installed landscaping.

His crew installed a horizontal fence with a steel framed automatic gate for us. Everything looks great, works great, and is nice and sturdy. The gate operator is the best part- I can control it with my mobile phone anywhere in the world (it requires an optional internet gateway but it’s 100% worth it).

I’ve recently noticed two pickets have warped due to the (past) rain and (now) heat, which is totally natural. So I called up Craig and he came out and took care of it (under the 1 year warranty). Would highly recommend.

My dealings with Empire have been solely through Craig. He has done a good job on answering questions, returning my calls, etc. When the wrought iron fence and 16ft gate installation started, there was a few issues with the workers. I understand things happen, and we can’t control everything. After some delay, Craig sent over his “go to” installer named Rudy to fix some problems and to complete the job. Rudy and his crew I have absolutely no complaints about. They are hard workers, and have pride in their work. Fast forward 3 months, and living on the east side of Austin the ground shifted causing the gate post to move and not allowing the opener to work. Rudy came back out and fixed the alignment. Fast forward 5 months bringing us to today. After more rain, there was another post shift. I called Craig on friday, and today Rudy was out at my place at 10am. Rudy again dug up posts, moved, and rewelded, and concreted the side post fixing the gate swing problem.

Bottom line is this, dealing with companies, and owning my own business there are going to be problems at times. It’s what the company does to fix those issues and stand by their work. Empire Fence does exactly that, and I greatly appreciate Craig, and Rudy for all they have done for me. I will use them for all of my future needs, no question.

We love our new fence, and enjoyed working with Empire Fence. I called several fence companies in town and were less then impressed with the fact that they wouldn’t call back, wanted 50% down and/or were just plain rude on email.

Craig at Empire Fence was great to work with. He stayed in contact with me via email and phone calls (and was patient with my many questions for him.) Their price was very competitive. The crew that came out to do the fence did a GREAT job. They removed our very old fence, hauled everything away, cleaned up the yard completely, and put up our brand new fence. You can tell they took pride in their work, and everything ended up looking great. They were also super nice (even showing my 2 year old obsessed with construction work everything they were doing…)

I would definitely use them again for future projects, and am very happy with the way that everything turned out.

After suffering through an awful experience with a neighbor, and a shared fence that was replaced by a different company, we were very nervous that all fence companies were horrible. We were wrong! Empire was amazing! Jason, and his crew were professional and courteous from start to finish. Our fence looks beautiful. No joke, we have neighbors who come and tell us how beautiful it is.
